Absinthe Montmartre is an original absinthe from Austria, which you can find and buy in our Absinthe shop. The Absinthe Montmartre is developing a new creation of the Old Vienna Schnaps Museum in collaboration with Roman Grundackerstrasse.
The Montmartre Absinthe was prepared according to original recipes from the archives of the Old Vienna Schnaps Museum. In the production of other absinthe herbs like were: Big wormwood, fennel, anise and angelica seeds used. The herbs were macerated and distilled, and only the heart of the distillate used. Absinthe Montmartre is naturally colored by Ponticher wormwood, Ysoop, lemon balm and mint, artificial colors you will not find in this natural absinthe.
